Shipping Options

CyjChip offers different kinds of shipping methods: we may help you arrange the delivery of the package via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or any other preferred logistics service. You may also choose your own logistic service if you have cooperated with a specific delivery company. The typical lead time is 1-3 working days or 5-7 working days, but special requirements need to be confirmed with our sales team.

Quality Control and After-Sales Service

CyjChip guarantees that all the merchandise we provide is from the original factory, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, ensuring that all parts are original and new. We will provide the inspection record for all orders through our customer service team during delivery. Additionally, we offer a one-year warranty after the merchandise's delivery. Order cancellations will only be accepted if customers have legal reasons and can provide evidence that the merchandise is not original and new parts.

In the event of a quality issue with the merchandise, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the product, and we will abide by the after-sales service agreement to exchange the new parts. The after-sales service agreement outlines the regulations for providing better service to customers and should be read carefully to handle product issues before making a complaint. Order cancellations will not be accepted after shipping; only the replacement of faulty products will be considered.

We will accept product issues related to apparent damage during transportation if reported upon receiving the package and accompanied by photographic evidence. For product complaints made after 3 working days of receiving the product, a formal product issue description must be provided, including text description, photos, videos, preliminary tests, etc. Once the product issue is confirmed, CyjChip will exchange the new parts and cover the shipping costs.

If necessary, CyjChip may require the return of the faulty product for inspection or testing purposes, and customers should assist with the return. CyjChip will cover the shipping costs in this case.

Disclaimer

CyjChip is responsible for offering technical support to ensure the website functions correctly, avoiding service interruptions, or minimizing any interruptions in the shortest time possible, thus ensuring smooth user interactions on the internet. However, in the event of force majeure or other uncontrollable circumstances that result in website crashes, inability to use the site, or loss of records, messages, or information, CyjChip will not be held accountable.

CyjChip will not be responsible for any unauthorized access or illegal use of information, including Identifiable Information. If user information, including Identifiable Information, is accessed through unauthorized or improper use of user account or login information or due to user failure to secure user username, password, or customer ID.
